About the Role

Guangzhou Sourcing is an international procurement and project management company based in Guangzhou, China. We support global clients in hospitality, construction, and commercial projects by sourcing products from trusted Chinese manufacturers. We are looking for an Accountant to manage our financial records, support daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance across all company transactions.

Job Description

As an Accountant at Guangzhou Sourcing, you will be responsible for handling daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting financial reporting and compliance. You will work closely with management and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Record all financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and receipts
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
  • Support tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Assist during external audits when required
  • Provide administrative and financial support to internal teams

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in accounting or finance
  • Familiar with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Odoo
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data accurately
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Professional, reliable, and ethical working attitude

When you are ready to order, we sign contracts with the suppliers according to Chinese law. Thus, we ensure the manufacturer is delivering the expected quality and in time, by adding various clauses.

Logistics

We offer the full set up of all your logistics, both FCL and LCL. If required by you we can ship your goods from your manufacturer to your doorstep– everywhere in the world.

Payments

We can help you to set up payments in varies ways. We can support you with managing cash flows (when dealing with multiple suppliers), minimizing risk and accelerating international transactions.
